    What's your favorite mayday parade lyric?

    What out of all mayday parade lyrics has meant the most to you, made you think, or you just think is amazing?  

     

     

     

     My favorite is - i could stay here for hours just to ask god the question is everyone here make believe with a tear in his voice he said son thats the question does this deafening silence mean nothing to no one but me.

Oh, all of their lyrics are amazing! My very favorite is... "And you dropped a note, and we changed key, you changed yourself & that changed me, I really didn't see us singing through this, then you screamed the bridge, and I cried the verse, and our chorus came out unrehearsed, and you smiled the whole way through it, I guess maybe that's what's worse." -If You Wanted A Song Written About You... I also love... "I can't forget you, I know you want me to want you, I want to, but I can't forgive you, so when this is over, don't blow your composure baby." - Three Cheers For Five Years And... I definitely agree with Kelsie. The first time ever heard that song, I cried. That lyric means alot to me. I can relate alot with that song and it is definitely my favorite by Mayday Parade. I guess it means so much cause I'm going through some sh*t right now and their music helps me cope and, in the long run, right new material of my own.

Does this deafening silence mean nothing to no one but me?" -this song was one of the very first songs that i fell in love with, and i love the reference to God and turning to him for some answers, but clearly He himself cannot be sure of anything. It's quite sad but sooo amazing. Mayday Parade truly does = love (:

Oh. I really love that one! =] I can't really pick one favorite, just like everything else with them. It's all soooo good. lol BUT! It makes you wonder, "Why didn't I think of that??" lol But I really do love A LOT of their lyrics oh-so-much. lol ^__^
