Mayday Parade Discussion

i was on itunes, and i had one dollar left to spend on music. so i was looking at some all time low songs, since i love all time low, and they suggested Jamie All Over to me. so i clicked on it, decided to buy it without even listening to the 30 seconds itunes gives you (yeah. i'm that good at making choices.) so i listened to it, and i was like.. this song is pretty good.. i didn't like it that much at the time, but it grew on me really slowly, and i looked up the band a few weeks later. i listened to you be the anchor, and officially fell in love.

They sent me a request on myspace and then they came to my town and I become obsessed

a friend showed me them, he showed me one song, and i fell in LOVE. obsessed ever since :)

probably like 3 or 4 years ago, when i was OBSESSED with myspace, i was looking for a new layout and i went onto this one page and the girl had this song that i fell inl ove with but it was hidden so i didnt know what it was. i looked up the lyrics and found out it was "when i get home your so dead" and ever since then they have been my favorite band ever.

Well, living in the UK I accidently stumbled across them while looking at band Tee's online I think I was after Bayside and found myself clicking on all the band names that looked good haha :') so then I youtubed them and just fell in love with them straight away. Since then i've bought albums and have constantly loved them :')

I first heard them on the Punk Goes Pop cd. Then, one day I was trying to find new bands similar to the ones I like, and I came across them and have listened to them ever since.

I use to watch this girl named Krista Nicoles' videos on youtube and she did a cover of "Id hate to be you when people find out what this song is about", and Ive been embarassingly obsessive ever since then. :)

my friend randomly told me abt them ad at first i was like 'o yeah they are ok' but over time idk they just grew on me and they are my ALL TIME favorite band.

Well it all started a while ago, my friend refered them to me. And I wasn't interested cause I was going thought the "I only want to listen to Blink-182 stage." Hah. But when i started to open up Mayday stuck out to me with the Two singer thing. I've been hooked since. But "anywhere but here" is a sorry excuse for sophmore alblum. They were so much better with Jason. I love " Tales Told by Dead Friends" and " A Lesson in Romantics" but the only song off the knew alblum I like is " I swear this time I mean it" you have to concure

I just found them online one day. They were the first alternative band I really liked, and they've been my fave ever since! :)

Punk goes pop. I heard A Static Lullaby's cover of "toxic" so I bought the C.D. I loved how Mayday sounded so I looked up more and became addicted

My friend had Jamie all over on her myspace profile and i asked her about the band. Didnt start loving the band until about 2 months after when i heard walk on water or drown and you be the anchor. soon i realized i like all their songs... and that has been true since.

hm, i dont remeber actually, i remember that i found their myspace and i downloaded (sorry guys) their songs, aaaaaand i didnt noticed how good they were until i woke up in the airplane (u know, suffle is a destiny) listening to i'd hate to be u, then i got addicted and bought their cdright in the uk. romantic, hm?

id listened to em a little before, but once in math class this guy was making fun of it and i was like, it cant be that bad. i listened and i absolutely loved it. the lyrics are so amazing. but i dont kno why i listened to that guy anyways, hes not really the most reliable source

I started liking mayday thanks to my ex....He used to play mayday in his car everytime we went out....Now that he's gone is kind of hard to listen to mayday since it's like the soundtrack of the memories i shared with my ex...So,when i finally meet mayday, its gonna be sad because my dream of meeting them will not be complete since he is gone.....:)
